Pasibus
Building a Scalable Brand from Food Truck to National Chain
Project Objective:
Over four years, I helped shape and maintain the visual identity of Pasibus during a period of rapid growth, from its early days as a single food truck to a nationwide restaurant brand with locations across Poland.
My role focused on creating and evolving a distinctive visual language that could scale with the business while remaining instantly recognizable. This included developing illustration systems, defining the brand’s humorous tone of voice, and ensuring consistency across typography, color, and graphic elements. The goal was not only to create eye-catching visuals but to build a cohesive identity that customers could recognize across every interaction with the brand.
The work extended across a wide range of applications, including packaging, menu boards, printed menus, merchandise, promotional campaigns, environmental graphics, and digital communication. As the brand expanded, maintaining consistency became increasingly important, making illustration a key tool for reinforcing recognition and personality across multiple locations and formats.
Towards the end of the collaboration, I also developed the visual identity for Pasibrzucha, a large-scale food and music festival created by the brand. The project included the festival logo, visual system, brand guidelines, event signage, and supporting graphics designed to create a cohesive experience across the entire event.
This project demonstrates how illustration can become a core branding asset, helping a business grow without losing the character, humor, and recognizability that made it successful in the first place.
